F5 is a keyboard shortcut that is commonly used to refresh a web page on most web browsers. 

The shortcut is also known as a reload button, and it is a simple and effective way to refresh the content of a web page. 

Here's what you can do with F5:

F5
Press it once. This will refresh the current web page in your browser.   You can also use Ctrl + r shortcut.

Ctrl + F5
You can use the Ctrl + F5 (or Shift+ F5) keyboard shortcut to force a refresh of the page and bypass the browser's cache. This can be helpful if you want to see the latest version of a web page that has been updated recently.

Ctrl+Shift+Del
To clear the browser's cache, you need to open the option to clear the browser’s cache, via the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Delete (or Ctrl + Shift + Del).
