Schedule a Text Message in iOS Messages

1. Open the Messages app.

4. Press the +.
5. Tap Send Later.
6. Click the newly inserted time link to to select a custom time. 
7. Tap Send. Your message will now show a small clock icon indicating it is scheduled.

View or Edit Scheduled Messages

1. Open Messages.
2. Navigate to the conversation where you scheduled the message.
3. Tap the scheduled message with the clock icon.
4. Choose Edit to adjust the time or Delete Message to cancel it.
