Microsoft's Office suite of popular software, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, updated this week with many new features and improvements.
Users who have subscriptions to Office for home or business can download updates to the latest 2016 versions.
One new feature in Word 2016 to get things done faster is Tell Me What You Want to Do.
Look for the words in the top ribbon menu. This is a text box where you can enter the phrase about what you want to do.
For example, in Microsoft Word 2016, typing "Create a table" will display the Add Table menu where you can easily set the number of rows and columns you want for your table.
This new feature makes using the powerful features of Microsoft Word much easier. As the software grows more complex, using natural language search requests allows users to quickly accomplish their desired tasks.
