Google Lens on Android and iPhone is a powerful tool that can help you identify objects, find information, and more. 

It's easy to use, and it can be a lifesaver in many situations.

On an Android, there's a dedicated Google Lens app from the Google Play store.

But let's look at the iPhone's Google App version.  

Here's how to do it

iPhone

  • Download and Open the Google App.
  • Tap the camera icon
  • Point your camera at something
  • Click Search with your camera
  • Click the circle button to take a photo and search
  • Google Lens will identify the flower and provide information about it.

How to Use the Presentation Pointer in Microsoft PowerPoint

To use your mouse as a laser pointer:

  • Go into Slide Show mode.
    • Press the Slide Show icon at the bottom right corner

  • A red dot will appear on the screen

How to Co-Author a File in Real Time in Microsoft 365: Collaborate with Ease

With co-authoring, multiple users can work on a document at the same time, seeing each other's changes in real-time. 

Here's how to use co-authoring in Microsoft 365 so you can collaborate more efficiently and get your projects done with ease.
  • Save the file in OneDrive.  
  • Share the file with others
    • To share the file with others, click the Share button in the top-right corner of the screen. 
    • Enter the email addresses of the people you want to share the file with. 
    • Set permissions to control who can view and edit the file.
  • Start co-authoring
    • You and your co-authors can see changes in real-time.
    • You can also communicate with your collaborators using the chat function, which is located on the right-hand side of the screen.
  • Save your changes
    • When you are finished, save and close the file.

Here's a Cool Tip:   Use Voice Isolation.

When you want your voice to be heard clearly in a phone or FaceTime call, turn on Voice Isolation mode.  

Voice Isolation mode prioritizes your voice and blocks out the ambient noise.

The feature is available for iOS 16.4 or later and on supported models. 

Here's how to do it:

  • Start a phone call or FaceTime call using an iPhone with iOS 16.4 or greater. 
  • Open Control Center by swiping from the top right-corner down to the left-bottom corner.
  • The Mic options will show Mic Voice Standard.

  • Tap the Microphone icon
  • Select Voice Isolation
