The new ChatGPT web search feature allows users to use the power of ChatGPT to find information on the web in concise AI generated results.

This capability transforms ChatGPT from being just a conversational tool into a true productivity web assistant. 

Here's how to do it.

1. Ensure you are using the most recent version of ChatGPT, which includes the search functionality.
2. To search, open a chat and enter '/'
3. Select the "Search" option from the dropdown menu.

5. The search results highlight key instances of the keywords. 

Note: Web search is gradually rolling out to users so be patient!  Search will be available in the mobile apps too.  And it is expected that it will be available at search.chatgpt.com.
