Here's a Cool Tip.  Use the new Copy file feature in Windows 11.

This update is part of the July 2024 Windows update.

Here's how to do it.

1. Open the File Explorer.
2. Navigate to the file you wish to share.
3. Right-click on the file and select ‘Share’.
4. In the Share window, click the new ‘Copy’ button.
5. The file is now on your clipboard, ready to be pasted in email or messaging app.
6. Anyone with the link can edit the file.
8. In the Share window, click the "Anyone with the link can edit" link if you need to adjust who can view or edit the file.
9. Add specific people or groups and choose their access level (view or edit).

The new feature offers a streamlined workflow, reducing the time spent on file management. 

However, it may initially confuse users accustomed to the traditional method of copying and pasting files.
