Google's new streamlined Gmail simple toolbar promises to declutter your inbox. But is simpler really better?

Are you overwhelmed by too many options when using Gmail?

And all you want to do is Delete an email or Move to a folder?

Here's a Cool Tip.  Use the NEW simple toolbar feature in Gmail.

Google has rolled out a simplified toolbar that's generating buzz among users. 

But does this new look actually improve how we tackle our email mountains?

Here's how to do it.

1. The new simple toolbar is now shown when you read an email.
• You might be shown an initial screen to click-thru.
2. The most common actions (Archive, Report Spam, Delete, Mark as Unread, Move To) are front and center.
3.  Click on "More" (three vertical dots) to reveal additional options like Snooze, Tasks, Labels, and more.
4.  Switch back to the "advanced toolbar" view by clicking More and "switch to advanced toolbar".

The streamlined interface can be less overwhelming, especially for users with smaller screens.

Your most-used actions are readily available, no more digging through menus.

As of now, the new toolbar doesn't offer extensive customization.

The new Gmail toolbar is a bold design choice that prioritizes simplicity and efficiency. 

The best way to decide if it's right for you is to give it a try.
