Here's a Cool Tip.  Use PowerPoint's "Rehearse with Coach" feature.


Whether you’re a seasoned speaker or a nervous beginner, PowerPoint’s “Rehearse with Coach” feature can be your secret weapon. 

Imagine having an AI coach right by your side, giving you personalized tips as you practice your slides. 

Here's how to do it.
  1. Launch PowerPoint and open the presentation you want to rehearse.
  2. Go to the Slide Show tab.
  3. Click on Rehearse with Coach in the Rehearse group.
  4. Practice Your Presentation.
  5. As you go through your slides, PowerPoint will track your pace, detect filler words (like “um” or “uh”), and analyze your tone.
  6. Pay attention to the real-time feedback provided on the right side of the screen.
  7. Review the Coach’s Suggestions.
  8. After your rehearsal, PowerPoint will summarize the key areas for improvement.
  9. Click on each suggestion to see detailed advice. For example, it might recommend speaking slower or varying your tone.
  10. Practice Again.
  11. Make adjustments based on the feedback and rehearse again.
  12. Repeat until you feel confident.
