Tweet More, Say More: Twitter Unveils New Feature Allowing Longer Tweets!

Do you have more to Tweet than just 280 characters?

Your problem is now solved!

Twitter has increased the number of characters allowed in a tweet to 4,000!

Twitter Long Form Example

The new capability rolled out to Twitter users who are subscribed to the Twitter Blue feature.

For now, only the first 280 characters can be seen initially.  

Readers have to click to read the rest of the Tweet.

Twitter Blue is a new subscription featuring, costing $8 per month, that offers increased features to users including access to new and expanded features on the Twitter site.  

Subscribers are noted with a blue checkmark.

This checkmark replaced the legacy blue checkmark that was previously only available to select, verified and usually public Twitter users.

Begun the AI Wars Have! Learn How to Sign Up for the New Bing AI

You can, sorta.  But not really. 

It's not out for full public release yet but you can sign up to join the waitlist.

Microsoft announced that they are adding ChatGPT to their Bing search engine site.  

And ultimately to other Microsoft products.

We've told you about the incredible capabilities of ChatGPT here on OneCoolTip:

In their announcement, Microsoft showed off some of the capabilities.  

For example, you can ask Bing to suggest a 3-course menu with a chocolate dessert for your vegetarian dinner party.  Bing will display its answer in a window to the right of the search results.

You can quickly access useful features and information from the Lock Screen, even while iPhone is locked. 

From the Lock Screen, do either of the following to open the Camera App:

  • Swipe left
OR
  • Press and hold the Camera button, then lift your finger.

Let Microsoft Word read it!

The Read Aloud feature in Microsoft 365 will read all or part of your Word document to you in a natural-sounding voice.

Here’s how to do it.

  • Open a document: To get started, open a document in Microsoft Word. You can either create a new document or open an existing one.
  • Select the text you want to read: Once you have a document open, select the text you want to have read to you. This can be a single sentence, a paragraph, or the entire document.  If you don't select anything, the whole document will be read.
  • Launch the Read Aloud feature: To launch the Read Aloud feature, click the "Review" tab in the Word ribbon, then select the "Read Aloud" button.
  • Customize the reading experience: After Reading Aloud starts, you can customize the reading experience by selecting a voice and adjusting the reading speed. You can also skip to the next paragraph or sentence or go to the previous one.
