Instead of frustrating back-and-forths or duplicate spreadsheets, Microsoft has introduced Sheet View sharing, a simple way to preserve custom views while keeping the original data intact.

Here's how to do it.
On Web
- Open Excel for the web, excel.cloud.microsoft.
- Load your workbook.
- Click on the View tab and create a Sheet View (or use an existing one).
- Right-click any cell or the sheet tab.
- Select Copy Link to Sheet View.
- Paste and share the link via email, Teams, or a document.

On iOS & Android (Coming Soon)
- Microsoft is expected to roll out this feature for mobile users later in 2025. Stay tuned for updates.
